The Harbury and Deppers Bridge Neighbourhood Development Plan was formally adopted by SDC at the council’s meeting on 17 December 2018.
The plan was amended in May 2020 to reflect a change in the parish boundary between Harbury and Bishop’s Itchington which took effect from April 2019. The only amendment to the plan is that the map showing the formally designated area has been altered to include the boundary change. There have been no material changes to any of the policies. The amended version (May 2020) was formally approved by SDC in September 2020 and is shown below.
The Neighbourhood Plan is a formal planning policy which is used by SDC when considering all planning applications in the parish of Harbury and Deppers Bridge.
